An experimentation studio, not a slide factory

Tyrell Lab was founded by growth practitioners who spent years inside high-velocity product organizations and kept meeting the same gap: most SaaS teams know they should run conversion experiments, but nobody on the team has the time, the tooling fluency, or the statistical discipline to run them well. We built a studio that does it with them — then teaches them to do it without us.

How we work

Every engagement starts with an experiment readiness audit: instrumentation, traffic patterns, and the hypotheses worth testing first. Then we design, launch, and analyze experiments in weekly cycles, prioritized by expected impact on activation and conversion. Seniors do the work — every test is designed and interpreted by someone who has run hundreds. When the engagement ends, we hand over a documented playbook and leave your team running the program itself.

  • Conversion and activation experiments designed and run in weekly cycles.
  • A structured readiness audit before a single test goes live.
  • A documented playbook your team keeps, so the program outlives the engagement.

Our standard

We hold ourselves to the discipline of rigorous experimentation: pre-registered hypotheses, honest power analysis, and results reported whether they flatter us or not. If your SaaS or subscription product deserves a real experimentation program, explore this site to see how our studio gets one running in your first quarter.

Engagements are time-boxed and senior-staffed from day one: a readiness audit first, then experiments in weekly cycles, each with a pre-registered hypothesis and an honest readout. We deliberately plan our own obsolescence, because by the final weeks your team is designing and reading tests with our playbook, not our permission. If activation is the metric your product keeps missing, this site shows how a real experimentation program starts.
